It started with a hike, an empty pocket, and three dogs who deserved more.

The idea for Argos Fuel started on a long hike with our dogs, the kind that ends with muddy shoes, tired legs, and happy, panting teammates beside you. As I reached for my own protein bar to refuel, I realized they didn’t have anything designed for them. Every “treat” we found was either filler-heavy, low-quality, or not built to support an active dog’s performance or recovery.

So we decided to change that.

With my background in nutrition and my mom’s passion for health, we started developing bites designed not as treats, but as nutrition: balanced, vet-backed fuel for dogs that train, work, and explore. We tested, refined, and shared them with real owners and their dogs who live life outdoors, building something that goes beyond a snack.

Argos Fuel is named after the loyal dog from Greek mythology, a symbol of endurance, strength, and devotion. That’s exactly what we want to honor: the bond between humans and their dogs, and the shared drive to keep going.

We’re building a brand for dog lovers who see their companions as teammates, because that’s exactly how we see ours.
